Elen is a qualified yoga teacher with 400 hours of training with the Yoga Alliance.
Yoga is the union of mind, body and soul, and by applying these ancient techniques to our daily lives, they can manage various mental and physical issues.
Classes
A relaxing slow flow Yoga class to strengthen the body and calm the mind. Learning to connect back into the body by focusing on the breath, alignment, strength, balance and flexibility. Followed by a guided Meditation for a deep calming state.
